Graphic Design/Social Media Internship or Part-Time

Graphic Design & Advertising applicants will learn how to properly build and manage the brand. Proper understanding of the company will allow applicants to effectively understand the importance of consumer perception.

Must be able to visit our New York office.

• Evaluate and coordinate with management to develop the highest quality content for social media.

• Communicate with inbound & current members to successfully execute multiple deadlines and meet seasonal launches.

• Manage, track and apply new market trends to improve performance and create/analyze new competitive benchmarks.

• Advice writer and branding team throughout the process to ensure that all projects are met on time.

• Represent Regulus Club through all phases of communication

Administrative Assistant

Administrative assistant applicants will learn how to provide administrative and operational support to cross-departmental teams to ensure all members are efficient, effective and productive.

Must be able to visit our New York office.

• Arrange, confirm and manage detailed calendars for managers and team.

• Scheduling meetings, coordinating email/message recaps, note taking during meetings to promptly send over highlights.

• Perform general tasks including, but not limited to, preparing materials, file organization, vendor review and updates, archiving.

• Maintain and assist with project management and keep team coordinated with deadlines.

• Represent Regulus Club through all phases of communication

Marketing Research Internship

Marketing Research applicants will learn how to properly prospect leads, build databases, evaluate & measure account performance/projection & drive business intelligence insight for the marketing team. Able to effectively navigate through websites/software and organize to excel, articulate data to next action steps and identify opportunities.

Must be able to visit our New York office.

• Support business development through prospecting new and existing verticals.

• Qualify accounts and leads that will be a good fit for Regulus Club membership.

• Identify and map key competition, market opportunities and drive GTM (Go-to-Market) strategy with research support.

• Represent Regulus Club through all phases of communication.
