DevOps tech lead
Location: Sunnyvale, CA.
Relocation is required. However, we prefer candidates from local area who can do in person F2F with client.

Job Description:
• Experience designing and working with modern Continuous integration and deployment solutions.
•5+ years of experience in DevOps/SRE, systems engineering, build/release/deployment automation, etc.
•Experience with hosted services in a high-volume enterprise environment
•Implementing applications in private/public cloud infrastructure and container technologies, like Kubernetes and Docker.
•Exceptional analytical and troubleshooting skills in complex Unix/Linux systems environment and applications implementations.
•Hands-on expertise in DevOps / CI-CD tools, like Jenkins, Maven, Git, Nexus, etc.
•Experience with configuration management, orchestration, automation tools such as Ansible, Chef, Puppet and Salt.
•Proven experience in software build and delivery in Java, NodeJS, Angular and other software technologies.
•Experience with logging infrastructure and using tools such as Splunk, Logstash, or Kibana.
•Experience with networking load balancers such as Ngnix, Netscaler, HAProxy.
•Background building distributed, server-based infrastructure supporting a high volume of transactions in a mission critical environment.
•Demonstrated ability to work on small, focused teams to complete critical milestones under pressure with tight deadlines.

Hadoop Admin
Location: Sunnyvale, CA
We are looking for the candidates who has
· Automation skills
· Knowledge and working experience of Hadoop 
· Coding skills
· Cloud knowledge (preferred)
Job Description:
· Bachelor's in Computer Science or related discipline
· 3 years of Linux system administration
· 3 years of Hadoop infrastructure administration
· HortonWorks & MapR distributions will also be considered
Responsibilities:
· Responsible for implementation and ongoing administration of Hadoop infrastructure
· Aligning with the systems engineering team to propose and deploy new hardware and software environments required for Hadoop and to expand existing environments
· Working with data delivery teams to setup new Hadoop users. This job includes setting up Linux users, setting up Kerberos principals and testing HDFS, Hive, HBase and Yarn access for the new users
· Cluster maintenance as well as creation and removal of nodes using tools like Cloudera Manager Enterprise, etc.
· Performance tuning of Hadoop clusters and Hadoop MapReduce routines
· Screen Hadoop cluster job performances and capacity planning
· Monitor Hadoop cluster connectivity and security
· Manage and review Hadoop log files
· File system management and monitoring
· HDFS support and maintenance
· Diligently teaming with the infrastructure, network, database, application and business intelligence teams to guarantee high data quality and availability
· Collaborating with application teams to perform Hadoop updates, patches, version upgrades when required
· Work with Vendor support teams on support tasks
· General operational expertise such as good troubleshooting skills, understanding of system's capacity, bottlenecks, basics of memory, CPU, OS, storage, and networks
· The most essential requirements are: They should be able to deploy Hadoop cluster, add and remove nodes, keep track of jobs, monitor critical parts of the cluster, configure name-node high availability, schedule and configure it and take backups
· Solid Understanding on premise and Cloud network architectures
· Additional Hadoop skills like Sentry, Spark, Kafka, Oozie, etc

Java Senior Developer

Must-Have:
· Hands-on expertise in Java 8 and Java Enterprise technology applications architecture, design, development and support
· Complete understanding of Java collections framework including their performance implications of various data structures and algorithms
· Through understanding of Java threading/concurrency this not only includes synchronized blocks, wait notify, but also executors, ThreadPools, Fork/Join, blocking queues, semaphores, countdown latch etc..
· Good knowledge of working with NoSQL DB's, preferably MongoDB for varierty of use cases such as caching, config and transactional data.
· Abilty to write functional style code using Java 8 constructs
· Able to analyze business requirements and create efficient solutions
· Solid knowledge of applications performance improvement techniques and caching solutions 
· Must be able to brainstorm and communicate technology ideas and issues with peers and IT management
· Excellent problem solving, critical thinking and communication skills 
· Must be able to clearly define solutions for requirements and evaluate options
· Core skill: Java/J2EE
· Strong Plus: Experience with Java backend MVC frameworks such as Spring/Hibernate
· Experience coding JSPs
