导师可以从哪些方面帮助你呢？
寻找工作
如果你的导师是一个你渴望成为的人，那你非常幸运拥有他们。他们会把你介绍给志趣相投的人，而这些人将会成为你宝贵的人脉。你的人脉会告诉你在他们人际关系中出现的机遇，而这将会为你打开职业的大门。
求职准备

Insider Jobs的学生会与导师共同工作，这些我们称之为Insider的人目前正从事于他们喜欢的行业领域里。Insider将会帮助学生申请工作和实习，模拟面试，建立人脉，更好地帮助他们了解所在行业的信息，重塑简历和求职信，提供培训以此获得成功。

 A mentor can be many things. They can be someone you go to for advice and someone you rely on for knowledge, network, and support. We believe all students should have someone with significant professional and life experiences. Finding the right mentor will open opportunities through network and education that may lead to significant professional success. Without one, you may miss out on some significant career paths and jobs.

What Can a Mentor Help You With?
Finding a Job
If your mentor is someone you aspire to be like, you are lucky to have them. They will be able to introduce you to like-minded people who will be valuable connections. Your network will inform you of opportunities that arise within their networks, which will open professional doors for you.
Career Preparation
Your mentor has been there before. They know what it takes to succeed in their industry: they know the hard and soft skills required, how to interview, when and where to train, and who to talk with. If you want to work in a certain industry make sure your mentor is in it. 
Accountability
Staying motivated can be difficult. It’s easy to set personal goals but without someone to hold you accountable, deadlines can be missed without consequence. This is where a mentor can help. Who better to keep you accountable than someone you admire? They are investing time in your professional success, and you should follow their guidance to make sure you are achieving your goals.
Perspective
It’s very easy to let negative feelings and emotions overwhelm you. While going to co-workers, friends, and family is tempting, a mentor is in a better position to offer you impartial, professional advice that is constructive. Your mentor is in your life to help you through your career. They will not judge you. 
Mentoring Others
While having a mentor may be a critical element to your professional success, being one can be just as rewarding. We believe this is the best way to share knowledge, wisdom, and expertise to an aspiring young professional. Having a good mentor will help you become a great mentor.
Insider Jobs students work with mentors, whom we call Insiders, in industries they want to work in. Insiders help students apply to jobs and internships, interview, network, understand their industry better, develop resumes and cover letters, and train for success.
