职位：2020 Summer Analyst Program - Asset Management
地点：New York
Do you want to learn all about asset management? Do you want to work for a firm with a truly global footprint? We're looking for someone like that who can:
  • help offer investment capabilities and investment styles
  • do this across all major traditional and alternative asset classes
  • build an understanding of our industry, culture, and strategy
职位要求：
You need to be a rising junior (with a graduation date between December 2020 and June 2021). 
A competitive cumulative GPA is required. 

Preferred: We look for individuals who seek challenge in an intellectually stimulating environment. The majority of our hires have degrees in economics, engineering, finance, mathematics or the physical sciences, but the total scope is much broader, including majors from astronomy to political science. However, we have found that individual qualifications are more important than a speifc major or concentration thus there is no prerequisite coursework. 
  • Skills: Analytical quantiative problem solving strong communication.
  • Intellectual caliber: Creative, intelligent, innovative, logical, genuine interest in the financial market.
  • Values: Ethical, honest, hard working, trustworthy, dedicated, collaborative. 
  • Temperment: Confident, mature, committed, detail oriented and goal oriented.
