My Help我的帮助
Psalm 121:1-2 I lift up my eyes to the mountains— where does my help come from?  My help comes from the LORD, the Maker of heaven and earth.
诗篇121：1-2 我要向高山举目；我的帮助从何而来？我的帮助从造天地的耶和华而来。
Psalm 28:7 The LORD is my strength and my shield; my heart trusts in him, and he helps me. My heart leaps for joy, and with my song I praise him.
诗篇28：7 耶和华是我的力量，是我的盾牌；我心里倚靠他就得帮助。所以我心中欢乐，我必用诗歌颂赞他。
Psalm 146:5 Blessed are those whose help is the God of Jacob, whose hope is in the LORD their God.
诗篇146：5 以雅各的 神为帮助、仰望耶和华-他 神的，这人便为有福！
Psalm 119:173 May your hand be ready to help me, for I have chosen your precepts.
诗篇119：173 愿你用手帮助我，因我拣选了你的训词。
1. My help comes from the LORD Almighty, the Maker of heaven and earth.
1. 我的帮助从造天地的上帝而来。
2. Trust in God, who is my strength and my shield.
2. 我要倚靠是我盾牌和力量的上帝。
3. Let God be my help and let me put my hope in him.
3. 要以上帝为帮助、仰望祂。
4. May I choose God's precepts so his hand will be ready to help me.
4. 我要选择上帝的话语，常常求祂的帮助。
Prayer: 
Father God, may we be filled with the Holy Spirit and your word so that in whatever situation, we will trust in you, always experience your help, and give thanks to you.
祷告：
阿爸天父，求你每天让圣灵充满我们，让你的话语充满我们，无论在何种情况下我们都要倚靠你，求时常成为我们的帮助，我们感谢你。
