俞鲤扬律师

MT律师事务所

俞鲤扬律师毕业于马塞诸塞州大学法学院，于2014年获得法学博士学位，并同年获得马塞诸塞州律师资格。在加入MT律师事务所之前，俞律师在知名的美国众达律师事务所驻北京代表处工作，为中国以及美国公司提供法律服务。俞律师在加入MT律师事务所之后为不同领域的客户提供法律服务，其中包括L1签证，杰出人才签证，访问学者豁免，以及各类房产的买卖。

Edith Cheng

Patent Technical Advisor

Dr. Edith Cheng’s practice focuses on patent drafting and prosecution in the fields of biochemistry, immunology, molecular biology, biotechnology, genomic and proteomic technologies, drug discovery, antibodies, biologics, oncology and cancer therapeutics.

Prior to joining Cooley, Edith was an intellectual property portfolio manager at the Centre for Commercialization of Antibodies and Biologics in Toronto, Canada. Edith also worked at the University of Toronto Technology Transfer Office as an intellectual property analyst.

Edith’s doctoral research at the University of Toronto focused on studying protein-protein interactions involved in human DNA replication and DNA damage response, using high-throughput screening techniques.

Zhen Zhang

Associate at Ropes & Gray LLP

Zhen Zhang is an associate at Ropes & Gray LLP, practicing in the firm's tax department. His practice focuses on transactional tax matters, including mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, inbound and outbound investments, public offerings and matters relating to the formation of private equity funds and hedge funds. Zhen received his J.D. and LL.M. in Taxation from Georgetown University Law Center. During law school, Zhen served as an executive senior editor at the Georgetown Journal of International Law, and was a research assistant for the treatise Taxation of International Transactions: Materials, Text and Problems.

David Cheng, CPA

Co-Founder of Global Accounting and Financial Services LLC

David Cheng is the Co-Founder of Global Accounting and Financial Services LLC, in Quincy, MA. He and his wife are both Certified Public Accountants and started the company with the goal of providing tax, accounting, and financial services to the Asian communities around the Boston area. David began his career at State Street Bank in 2005 and over the years has served in various roles in client services, fund accounting, and corporate compliance. In 2014, David began working at Deloitte & Touche, a big-4 public accounting firm, at their Boston office within the audit practice. His unique experience enabled him to work on audits of some of the large investment managers in the world while building a reputation as a strong team leader. David also has an extensive background in tax, helping families and small business owners to develop tax-efficient strategies. He also provides regular tax seminars to educate clients and financial professionals to better understand specific tax areas and navigate the complex U.S. tax code. David is an enthusiastic New England Patriots fan. He also enjoys going hiking and relaxing at the beach during the summertime. He currently resides in the south shore area with his wife and their three children.

Di Wu

Analyst, Weiss Asset Management

Di grew up in the Boston area since moving here when he was 5. He stumbled into his current job at a career fair during his sophomore year while attending MIT where he studied economics. He interned for a couple years and started full time after graduation in 2008 - right in the middle of the financial crisis, which actually turned out to be the perfect time to start.

At his current job, he researches, manages and implements relative value and arbitrage strategies across different asset classes and geographies. He didn't anticipate it at the time he started the internship, but it has turned into a rewarding career where he is paid to learn and solve interesting problems.

Outside of work, he enjoys reading, skiing, EDM / music festivals, cooking, collecting and drinking wine, traveling, and spending time with friends.

刘学峰

刘学峰北京大学生物科学学士，加拿大UBC神经科学博士，来波士顿后先后于波士顿儿童医院和BU开展神经科学方面的研究工作。

近年兴趣转向学术外创业，目前主要精力在利用平台开展面向普通人群的财商教育和创业服务，另外参与发起和组织波士顿文化沙龙（http://www.bostonshalong.org，公众号：bostonshalong)。未来希望能借用这些平台，并联合更多有能力有理想的同仁，共同建造一个聚人育人，共筑共赢的优秀华人圈。

Marketing Director

Zofia Liu is a Marketing Director in a financial services marketing company. Her work focuses on investment and insurance services which includes Tax Planning, Kids Education Fund, Long Term Care, Retirement Planning, Mutual Fund and Asset Management. She studied business law in China and Accounting at Bentley University. Zofia is dedicated to providing families with the financial knowledge they need to move from financial insecurity to financial independence. She is also starting to expand her business in the U.S. and internationally. When she is not working, she enjoys reading, swimming, skiing and playing badminton with friends.
