The hiring company is devoted to developing a new generation of education programs based on modern technologies to empower students to excel.  The company offers intelligent computerized programs in math (and soon English as well) to students with varied skill levels that can effectively cater to the needs of remedial students, students needing enrichment as well as for accelerated studies. The company has its corporate learning centers at San Francisco South Bay Area and plans to open more learning centers in the future.

Job Responsibilities
  • Plan, organize and execute marketing campaigns to promote company’s online and physical learning center products 
  • Developing growth strategies and plans. Writing business proposals
  • Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients and increasing client base
  • Having an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition
  • Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs
  • Researching business opportunities and viable income streams
  • Reporting on successes and areas needing improvements
Job Requirement
  • B2C marketing experience, especially the marketing experience on reaching parents of K-12 students
  • Experience with social media and online promotion and advertising 
  • Self-motivated and innovative in problem solving 
  • Familiarity of existing K-12 online and physical after-school education offerings is a plus   
  • Good educational background. MBA is a plus
