Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Specialist who will manage all aspects of human resource activities, such as recruiting, employee relations, benefits, training, management of the HR system and physical office environment. The scope of the role would evolve based upon the demands of the fast growing business. This position is a unique opportunity for a motivated and talented person to lead the development of our HR processes and develop our people strategy.
Job Responsibilities
  •  Responsible for recruiting, onboarding, retention, performance management, employee relations, employee training and development, policy development, benefits, compensation administration, and HR compliance.

  •  Facilitate employee on-boarding and off-boarding process. 

  •  Provide leadership and support to managers and employees in the areas of performance counseling, employee retention, policy interpretation and implementation, conflict resolution, legal/contractual requirements, and managing cultural integration.

  • Develop, implement and administer compensation and benefits programs and policies.

  • Work with outside legal counsel on immigration/visa applications.

  • Manage compliance and be the in-house expert on all employment law related matters. 

  • Maintain human resources records in the company’s HR systems
Job Requirement
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, or related field.

  • 5+ years in HR capacity, prior experience in a startup preferred

  • Proven track-record and experience with employee relations and benefits administration.

  • Superior organization skills and attention to detail

  • Strong written/verbal communication and organization skills
