Job Description

We are looking for an individual to fill our Marketing Sales Assistant position who excels at working in a team environment. This full-time position will work at our Fremont-based furniture import and export, distribution center and will assist in growing our online accounts such as our Amazon account and will be communicating directly with our Amazon customers in a customer support position. An ideal candidate should have experience with how Amazon works as a selling platform, have strong customer service skills, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Job Responsibilities

Assist in managing our extensive product catalog on Amazon.com’s selling platform as well as assist with other online selling platforms
Perform customer support duties to assist, troubleshoot, and address customer reviews and questions
Assist in creating marketing ads and flyers
Monitor product performances and feedback
Coordinate and work with the international operations team
Other marketing related ad-hoc projects and tasks

Job Requirement

Bachelor's degree required, marketing focus is preferred
Strong familiarity with online retailers such as Amazon.com and its website
Computer knowledge with basic office software such as Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team atmosphere
Experience in Ecommerce and/or Customer Service roles is a plus
Knowledge in using Adobe Photoshop a plus
