侨报是为华人华侨提供新闻和资讯的中文媒体企业。侨报旗下的纽约《侨报》、《侨报周末》、侨报纽约网、“瞧纽约”公共号等平台上的新闻报道文字、图片、视频的版权均属侨报所有。本报发现并有读者多次向本报反映某些媒体盗用本报的新闻和照片，涉嫌严重侵权。最近，更有人在微信群公然以“纽约侨报”之名发布信息，试图借用本报多年建立起来的良好专业品质和社会声誉，以扩大自身影响力。对此，郑重声明如下：
1.  转载本报新闻（包括文字、图片、视频）必须事先得到本报授权。未经授权，一律视为侵权。
2.  涉事媒体必须立即停止盗用本报文字、图片、视频等侵权行为。
3.  2018年10月1日以后仍盗用或私自转载本报新闻、图片、视频者，本报将追究法律责任。
4.  2018年10月1日以后仍盗用“纽约侨报”名称者，本报将采取法律手段予以追究。

Statement
The China Press is a media company providing news and information in Chinese for overseas Chinese. The copyrights of news reports, pictures and videos on the platforms of “The China Press Daily”, “The China Press Weekly”, “ny.uschinapress.com” and The China Press’ WeChat account belong to The China Press. We found that some media outlets plagiarized the news and photos of The China Press. They even use the name of "The China Press New York" in WeChat groups in order to expand their influence by using the reputation established by The China Press for decades. Therefore, we solemnly declares as follows:
1.  Media outlets must ask for authorization before reprinting the news (including pictures and videos) of The China Press;
2.  The media involved must stop the infringement of the contents, pictures, videos, etc. of The China Press immediately;
3.  If the news, pictures and videos of The China Press are reprint without authorization after October 1st, 2018, we hold the right for any legal action against relative laws or regulations;
4.  The China Press will take legal action on media publish in the name of “The China Press” after October 1st, 2018.
