Summary of Position:

We are looking for a corporate real estate intern for the Spring and Summer 2018 semesters, working between 20-35 hours in our New York office. The Real Estate Intern will report to the Manager of Property and Development and will have the exciting opportunity to gain very hands on experience in corporate real estate, development and acquisition. 

Responsibilities:

•Assist in real estate acquisitions and the development of new facilities.  

•Exposure to negotiating and analyzing key deal points in PSA's and LOI's (contracts)
