没关系，友邻君来。

皮蛋，又叫“松花蛋”。中国人饭桌上的熟脸。

但对于国人视若珍宝的皮蛋，老外好像却不太懂。这一点，从皮蛋各色的英文名字就能看出来：

preserved egg（直译：腌蛋）

century egg（直译：百年蛋）

thousand-year egg（直译：千年蛋）

millennium egg（直译：千禧蛋）

究竟几年……？？？

Others tell the tale of a farmer who stumbled across some eggs his ducks had laid in a lime pit behind his house.

中国人对于吃皮蛋是很讲究的，皮蛋系美食，比如皮蛋瘦肉粥，凉拌皮蛋，皮蛋豆腐甚至还有广东人逆天的皮蛋酥等等，最忠实于本味又能掩盖它本身的刺鼻味道的还是辣椒拌皮蛋。
