Banking Summer Analyst
Requirements：
Undergraduate student with an anticipated graduation date between December 2019 and June 2020
Spend your summer experiencing work that drives global commerce. Working with and learning from experts in everything from privatizations and mergers and acquisitions to equity financings and restructuring, you’ll see what it takes to deliver work that matters to our clients and our business.
What to expect：
Expect to be right where the action is. You’ll start with four days of training, after which you’ll join a team focused on a key industry, product or region. Whichever team you join, you’ll work on live deals and deal proposals, learn how to put together new business presentations and discover the art of executing transactions. The challenges you take on might include: 
  • Financial analysis and modeling 

  • Valuation 

  • Industry research 

  • Client due diligence 
  • Preparing offering memoranda and other written materials.
How you’ll develop：
Throughout the summer, our support will help you deliver your best work. In our team-driven environment, you’ll find that mentoring happens naturally and friendships are easy to form. Senior and junior mentors will guide your progress, and networking and social events will provide a fully rounded experience. 
Throughout the summer, you’ll get constructive feedback on your performance. By the time the summer’s over, you’ll walk away with a solid understanding of our business, our culture and your potential place within it. If you perform very well and meet our hiring criteria, you could have a full-time role waiting for you after graduation.

Although coursework in accounting would be ideal, we welcome people of any educational background, so long as they have a strong interest in business and finance. We also look for resourcefulness, teamwork skills, enthusiasm and an entrepreneurial spirit, often shown through participation in extracurricular activities.
