1. 市场调查助理
主要工作内容
  • Updating weekly calendars using information published on city websites of Lower Mainland municipalities. 
  • Download and organize recent Rezoning and Development applications that meet a certain criteria set out by the Market Analyst.
  • Support the Market Analyst in creating interactive maps pertaining to the development landscapes in the sub-markets of the lower mainland.
  • Help the Market Analyst maintain databases of future condominium inventory.
  • Support the Market Analyst in various fundamental research tasks and help produce market reports for clients. 
  • Help the Market Analyst advise clients on product type, unit mix recommendation, interior design specification, and product pricing.
2. 项目调度员
主要工作内容
  • Manage project timelines, budgets and processes and createprogress reports
  • Create progress reports and anticipate upcoming projectneeds
  • Implement strategic marketing directives for a wide range ofclients across various disciplines and industries
  • Coordinate and implement print, email and digital marketingcampaigns
  • Liaise with creative companies to create marketing materials– develop from a vision and work through to completion and delivery
  • Event planning and execution
  • Manage social media and online project needs.
