Position Summary

Job Type: Full time

A solution provider of professional wireless and communications, is currently seeking an Intellectual Property Attorney to join their company.

Responsibility
• Obtaining and managing intellectual property protection in designing and ma nufacturing

• Coordinating patent filing, trade secret protection, and administrative patent actions

• Conducting due diligence and supporting business transactions, and coordinating the

IP work performed by external lawyers and our HQ/Global IP team

Desired Qualifications
•telecommunication industry is preferred

• Substantial IP experience is required at a company, law firm, or total years at both

• Demonstrated experience in patent preparation and prosecution, licensing, due

diligence and strategic client counseling is also required

• Litigation experience is a plus

• Exceptional academic credentials as well as superior verbal, written and

 The ideal candidate will have a degree in Engineering, experience with areas in the

interpersonal skills are required.

• The successful candidate must be a member of at least one state bar; preferably Illinois.

• Fluency in Mandarin is required
