独家|纽约三月初房产交易摘要
给大家带来2016年2月29日-3月6日纽约房屋合同签订情况。400万及及其以上的合同签订数目比2月底少1套为20套,环比基本持平。纵观现在曼哈顿豪宅市场,似乎进入了一种不温不火的状态。在这20套签订的合同中只有一套是co-op类型。
排名第一位的是在221 West 77th Street上的PH公寓,要价2250万美金。这间拥有5个卧室,5个半厕所的豪华顶层公寓共有6,005平方英尺。而这间公寓还在设计阶段就已经被买走了。该公寓一楼有4个卧室,拥有壁炉的客厅以及阳台都在2楼。除此之外2楼还有一个餐厅,一个带餐桌的厨房,一间小储物室和另外一间卧室。当然还有楼顶一片面积为1,344平方英尺的私人屋顶露台。大楼整个项目于去年9月份开卖,整个楼26套公寓据报道现在已售出5套。该公寓配套公共服务有门卫,车库,配备了篮球场的健身房,配有台球桌的图书馆以及向居民开放的屋顶天台。
