It was Passover time.Jerusalem was filled withpeople. When Jesus reachedthe Mount of Olives, a hilloverlooking Jerusalem, Hetold two of His disciples tofind a donkey.
犹太人的逾越节就要到了。耶路撒冷城里到处都是来过节的人。耶稣来到了橄榄山，在山上可以看到整座耶路撒冷城。他打发两个门徒去牵来一匹驴驹。
They found the donkey andput their cloaks on it. Jesusrode on the donkey,fulfilling the Bible versethat says, "Here comesyour King, Jerusalem, ridingon a donkey."
门徒找到驴驹后牵了来，把自己的衣服搭在驴背上。耶稣就骑在驴驹上,这正应验了圣经上的预言，说：“耶路撒冷啊，你的王骑着驴来到你这里。”
Jesus rode the donkey downto Jerusalem. Many peopleremembered His miraclesand joined Him. They putcloaks and palm brancheson the road before Him tohonor Him.
耶稣骑着驴驹进了耶路撒冷。很多人记得耶稣行的神迹奇事，就欢呼跟随他。他们把衣服和棕榈树枝铺在路上，表示对耶稣的欢迎和尊敬。
They hoped that Jesus wasGod's promised Savior. Sothey shouted, "Hosanna!""Blessed is He who comesin the name of the Lord!""Blessed is the King ofIsrael!"
他们认为耶稣就是上帝派来拯救以色列的君王。因此他们大声呼喊：“和散那!” “奉主名来的，是应当称颂的!”“愿上帝赐福给以色列的君王!”
 "The whole world isfollowing Him," thePharisees grumbled. "Tellthem to be quiet, Jesus!""Even if everyone stoppedshouting," Jesus replied,"the stones would stillpraise Me!
法利赛人看见这种情景，很不满，说：“哼,全去跟随耶稣了。”他们对耶稣说：“耶稣,快让人群安静下来!”耶稣回答说：“即使所有人都不做声，这些石头也会起来颂赞我!”
