简介 Introduction
中国科学院重庆绿色智能技术研究院(以下简称“重庆研究院”)是中国科学院、国务院三峡办、重庆市人民政府三方共建的中国科学院直属科研机构。重庆研究院下设电子信息技术、智能制造技术、三峡生态环境3个研究所,致力于解决三峡生态环境、先进制造、电子信息领域的关键、核心、共性技术,协同和集成国内外创新要素,提升长江上游地区传统产业升级、战略性新兴产业培育的内生增长能力和三峡后续工作综合管理能力,助推区域经济与环境可持续和谐发展。
重庆研究院围绕“绿色三峡”、“3D打印技术”、“石墨烯材料与应用”三个重大突破,以及“零误差计算理论及应用”、“大规模自适应智能视觉分析系统”、“精准医疗关键技术与装备”、“基于机器工人与工业大数据的绿色智能制造系统”四个重点培育方向,组织实施了系列科研项目,突破了石墨烯规模化制备、智能人脸识别系统、3D打印技术、超滤膜材料工业化生产等多项关键技术。重庆研究院开展形式多样的成果转移转化,加快科研成果落地,成功创建科技部国家级技术转移示范机构,现有下属各级全资、控股、参股企业23家。
全院共有员工350人,其中高级专业技术岗位105人,博士学历比例超过50%,具有海外留学背景人员超过50%,已经基本建成一支充满活力的高水平科研队伍。

About us
Chongqing Institute of Green IntelligenceTechnology of Chinese Academy of Sciences (hereinafter referred to as"CIGIT") is a research institute directly under Chinese Academy ofSciences and jointly established by the Chinese Academy of Sciences, ExecutiveOffice of Three Gorges Project Construction Committee of State Council, andChongqing Municipal People's Government. CIGIT has three research sections:electronic information technology, intelligence manufacturing technology, andThree Gorges ecological environment. The Institute is dedicated to the core andcommon technologies in the fields of Three Gorges ecological environment,advanced manufacturing, and electronic information. It synergizes andintegrates innovative elements at home and abroad to enhance upgrading capacityof traditional industries and cultivate endogenous growth capacity of strategicemerging industries in the upper reaches of the Yangtze River, to improve thecomprehensive management for follow-up work of Three Gorges Project, and topromote the sustainable and harmonious development of the regional economy andenvironment. 
CIGIT centers around three breakthroughs of"green Three Gorges", "3D printing technology", and "graphenematerials and applications", as well as four cultivated fields of"zero error calculation theory and application" , "large-scaleadaptive intelligent visual analysis system", "key technologies anddevices for precision medicine", and "green smart manufacturingsystem based on machine workers and industrial big data" , and hence hasimplemented a series of research projects, achieving breakthroughs in many keytechnologies such as large-scale preparation of graphene, intelligent facerecognition system, 3D printing technology, and industrial production ofultrafiltration membrane material. The Institute endeavors to transfer andtransform the scientific and technological achievements, accelerating theirapplication and industrialization. Up till now, we have established astate-level technology transfer demonstration agency of the Ministry of Scienceand Technology, with 23 wholly-owned, controlling, or shareholding companies atall levels.
The Institute has a total of 350 staff members, including 105 seniorprofessionals, among whom over 50% own a doctoral degree and over 50% havestudied abroad, which basically makes a top-notch research team.
