有经验的海归回国进大公司更容易

毕业之后在国外工作几年再回国，相信很多学生都有这样的想法，既找工作也讲究个天时地利人和。

天时国内大多数企业的招聘期在12月之前，面向的是应届生，也就是正在上大四的学生。而国外毕业最早也要等到6月，之前很难回国找工作，一旦不能作为应届生参校园招聘，就会失去很多机会，因为社招机会不多，企业招Entry level大部分还是通过校招。

地利由于招聘季和毕业季的互相错开，就算赶得上面试，也赶不上前期的一些Networking的好机会，比如说Workshop，宣讲会。有的时候在Workshop上混个脸熟，表现出彩，就可以直接进入面试环节，不需要PK简历。

人和随着时间的推移，留学生越来越多，英美澳每年返回的海龟数不胜数，国内的大公司也从一开始的对海归来者不拒，到一视同仁，甚至还有些隐隐的歧视，不看好海归，认为海归不学无术，不稳定、容易跳槽，工作只是为了积累经验，边工作边找下家，家庭条件相对较好，吃不得苦等等。这些使得留学生找工作进一步变难。这种情况是海归数量爆炸式增长造成的后果，也算是前辈挖坑后人摔吧。

并且由于留学生数量大爆炸，名企对于Candidate学校的要求越来越高，至于深造Master回来还要看你本科是不是Top，如果不是Target School，在国内找工作可谓是寸步难行。

不过很多的名企，特别是外企和海归的创业公司，对海归的热情依然不减，相比本土毕业生，更青睐于海归求职者。但是他们并不会因为你的一纸文凭就对你青眼有加，他们还要看到你的能力和价值，这就要通过你在海外或知名企业的工作经验和实习体现出来。实习的好处时多方面的，第一，实习可以逼迫留学生跳出圈子进行交流，第二，可以让留学生看清自己的能力，熟悉自己专业的市场，为将来找全职工作打下基础。
