喜大普奔！众吃货垂涎三尺的米其林华盛顿DC榜单正式发布！12家餐厅榜上有名！帝都成为继纽约、旧金山和芝加哥之后，第四个美帝米其林榜单城市。

《米其林餐厅》(Le Guide Michelin)是法国知名轮胎制造商米其林公司出版的美食及旅游指南书籍的总称，其中以评鉴餐厅及旅馆，红色书皮的“红色指南”(法语：Le Guide Rouge)最具代表性。更给力的是，华盛顿被评为全美年度餐馆城市！
米其林已经发布DC超值餐馆，上榜共有19家。此轮发布正式星级餐馆，主要看五大要素：食材质量、厨艺和味道、佳肴体现的主厨个性、性价比以及时间和菜单的持续性。至于三颗星各级含义，可以这样理解：

全球共有127家三星餐馆，纽约6家、芝加哥2家、旧金山5家。并不意外，华盛顿特区还得继续努力。至少一星和二星的共有12家，妥妥收藏。
