Do not give up
不要放弃 
Psalm 42:5 Why, my soul, are you downcast? Why so disturbed within me? Put your hope in God, for I will yet praise him, my Savior and my God.
诗篇42:5 我的心哪，你为何忧闷？为何在我里面烦躁？应当仰望上帝，因他笑脸帮助我；我还要称赞他。
Luke 18:1 Then Jesus told his disciples a parable to show them that they should always pray and not give up.
路加福音18:1 耶稣设一个比喻，是要人常常祷告，不可灰心。
2 Corinthians 4:16 Therefore we do not lose heart. Though outwardly we are wasting away, yet inwardly we are being renewed day by day.
哥林多后书4:16 所以，我们不丧胆。外体虽然毁坏，内心却一天新似一天。
1. Do not be discouraged, but put your hope in God.
1. 不要忧闷，要仰望上帝。
2. Do not give up but pray always.
2. 不要放弃，要常常祷告。
3. Inwardly we are being renewed day by day therefore do not lose heart.
3. 不要丧胆，我们的内心一天新似一天。
Prayer:
Father God, help us not to be discouraged in the midst of difficulty but to put our hope in God and pray always. Guide us to be renewed inwardly day by day.
祷告：
阿爸天父，请帮助我们在人生的困境中可以不要忧虑，能够仰望你，常常祷告，让我们的内心一天新似一天。
