 Channel Business Specialist

The hiring company is looking for a driven and versatile Channel Business Specialist who is hungry to empower our channel teams. As a key member of the business development team, you will provide sales enablement support to channel teams. You will be responsible for system admin, channel business analysis, and other channel business-related tasks.

Job Responsibilities
  • Assist the channel teams for daily system input for new sales inquiries, sales status, ongoing sales cases, and case follow-up.
  • Support the channel sales team for day-to-day operations. Assist in new system development, identify, define, and launch new strategic initiatives and tools that will drive sales efficiency. Assist in other ad hoc projects and provide sales support to sales Leads and different departments.
  • Locate and analyze sales trends, service areas, and business opportunities. Support business decisions by tacking and providing operation report on forecasting sales and account activities as well as providing ongoing reporting and analysis support to sales and other cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Assist in building and driving channel marketing strategies and programs to promote sales performance.
  • Implement partner-targeted channel marketing plans and host communication events for partners across the nation.
  • Other tasks assigned by the management team to help the sales manager meet the target and win more business.
Job Requirement
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or Telecommunication, Telecom or project related qualification is a plus
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or business development role, telecom related market is preferred and global telecom business experience is a plus
  • Strong customer-orientated attitude, self-motived, detailed oriented, well organized and is able to work under pressure and in different time zones
  • Effective, clear, and charismatic presentation skills
  • Highly collaborative, strong listening and interpersonal skills 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, bilingual in Chinese/Mandarin is a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Suite
