Job Description:

We’re seeking an experienced B2B Demand Generation Marketing Manager. The Demand Generation Marketing Manager will set the demand generation strategy and will be responsible for its execution. The role reports to Head of Marketing and will work closely with Sales and Product teams. He/she will define campaigns and initiatives using all channels. The goal is to grow awareness and engagement across targeted verticals and markets and drive lead generation. The Demand Generation Marketing Manager should be comfortable working with data, working with analytics and reporting in KPI's.
Job Responsibilities:
Corporate Marketing
  • Define company’s voice across each key channel—ensuring consistency via an editorial style guide
  • Publish (and own) a company campaign calendar that spans touchpoints / vehicles
  • Wrangle our internal experts to contribute material, then refine it
  • Create original content that fills gaps / needs across every stage of the customer lifecycle—whitepapers, playbooks, events, product materials, website and email copy
  • Lead executive communications, engaging directly with our leadership team on speeches, videos, customer / investor presentations
  • Enable sales by setting best practices for distributing, maintaining and re-purposing content
  • Track competitor content / messages to ensure company maintains a differentiated position
  • Measure and report on the efficacy of our content so we can produce more of what works
Business Marketing
  • Own the development of creative demand generation programs and campaigns across different channels - SEO, SEM, Social, Email, Events etc.
  • Develop content marketing strategy and contents for Product Messaging and GTM launches
  • Produce written content in short and long form (e.g. blog posts, emails, white papers, case studies, etc.) for all stages of the marketing/sales pipeline, and ensure that all content created is optimized for SEO
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive account profiles and target personas; oversee a database of named contacts to align marketing and sales in defining the target audience required to achieve account goals
  • Measure, analyze, and report campaign performance and deliver campaign performance briefs to marketing and sales leadership based on agreed upon KPI
  • Drive best in class data capture and management. Provide regular database health checks, cleansing and augmentation
  • Use automation to improve processes and productivity, and make recommendations to support an organization scaling at a rapid pace
  • Manage list segmentation and scoring to deliver more targeted and relevant messaging to improve engagement and ultimately conversion of prospects
  • Partner closely with product marketing and business marketing to ensure proper messaging, timing and execution of one-off and ongoing campaigns across email, web personalization, social media and advertising
  • Expand our distribution footprint beyond owned channels like blog, email, and social through A/B testing and experimentation
Job Requirement
  • BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field, MBA preferred
  • Proven working experience in B2B digital marketing
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools 
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
