2019 Investment Banking Summer Analyst - Private Capital Advisory
Location：New York 
Deadline：Ongoing
The Group :
  • Private equity fund placement;
  • Real estate fund placement;
  • Secondary private market advisory.
Responsibilities Include:
  • Preparing presentation materials for prospective clients;
  • Analyzing client financial & performance information；
  • Assisting in the group's due diligence investigations of prospective clients;
  • Assisting in the preparation of marketing materials;
  • Managing the roadshow, travel & related logistics of capital raising activities;
  • Communicating regularly with Lazard's institutional investor coverage professionals;
  • Assisting in preparing responses to investor due diligence requests;
  • Maintaining a database of investor commentary, feedback & interest in a particular fund; 
  • Tracking market data .
Basic Qualifications:
  • Candidates should be Class of 2020 university students & top academic performers ;
  • Academic backgrounds may vary 
    (no background in finance or accounting is required)

Location：New York 
Deadline：October 1, 2018
Responsibilities Include:
  • Partner with Senior Research Analysts & Portfolio Managers;
  • Prepare SWOT analysis & financial models to support investment ideas;
  • Leverage an array of valuation techniques to assess the viability of a company as an investment;
  • Present findings & recommendations to other Portfolio Managers;
  • Actively participate in company meetings / calls & attend industry conferences;
  • Prepare a final capstone investment pitch to Lazard’s senior management team.
Basic qualifications:
