网申其实存在隐形截止日期？
虽然我们每天都会发布各大投行四大的2019年暑假实习的网申截止日期
看看日期基本上最后截止日期都是9月或者10月份左右，
这让很多同学都觉得
“要9月才截止呢，还早还早。让我暑假先尽情玩耍，等玩的爽了，8月中旬再去开始网申也不迟啊！”
其实很多同学都不知道，这个截止日期只是一个网申通道提交的截止日期而已，真正实际的截止日期是没有一个明确日期的，这个谁也说不上来，连面试官和HR都不知道。投行四大实行的“first come first served”的操作，谁先网申，谁先把材料递交给他们，符合条件了，面试过了，他们就直接发offer了。所以越往后，名额就会越来越少，竞争也会变得越来越激烈。那种选择拖到8月份才去提交网申，还觉得自己离网申截止日期还有好几天的操作，是最不明智。如果你想要自己尽早拿到offer，让自己始终处于有利位置，越早申请会让自己越有利。
现在正是投资银行的毕业生招聘季。尽管绝大多数front office都是由暑期分析实习生转变完成的，但大多数投资银行不久将关闭其全职项目并开始面试过程。假设你通过了心理测试，并成功击败了Hirevue digital interviews ，现在是时候你会被真实的人质疑。
你真的知道需要什么打动这些人吗？ Mark Hatz在伦敦，巴黎和迪拜的高盛和Perella Weinberg Partners等公司工作了四年。在此期间，他参与招聘投资银行analysts和associates，与高级管理人员一起面试了数十名申请人。用他自己的话说，这是他传授的十大秘诀：
1.正确的态度是最重要的因素;技术能力也很重要
态度是整体评估的70％。想想看，后辈工作时间最长。招聘团队的员工基本上会寻找灵活的，令人愉快的个性;那些愿意不断上班的人，他们会喜欢每天工作15个小时。与你可能听到的情况相反，他们不会以极大的智慧去寻找过分自信的人，特别是如果你不能融入团队。
相比之下，正确回答合适的问题是次要的。在回答这些类型的问题时，你可能很弱，但仍然会成功，因为你永远不会显示错误的个性。
但是，除了积极的态度外，你还需要展示技术技能。这项工作全部是关于reputation，而坚实的财务知识是获得尊重的最佳途径。两者的结合几乎可以保证让你拿到offer。
2.试着微笑
你会因为吃惊有那么多竞争者而感到压力而忘了微笑。但作为桌子另一边的人，这是我真正想看到的一件事。真诚地微笑并享受这一刻 - 这只不过是一种锻炼。
3.表现谦卑 - 这是实现这一目标的四种方式
首先，删除任何过分自信的标签。表现出尊重，永远不要给你比面试官更多的印象 - 投资银行业务仍然是一个非常分层次的行业，所以不要让你的动机或野心让面试官感到不舒服。其次，在你的答案中尽可能简明扼要 - 总是总结并让面试官提出他们需要的细节。面试是一个简短的练习，所以通过理解小辈的成熟来展现成熟，考虑到他们的工作量和睡眠不足，总是需要迅速达到这一点。第三，说话慢而清楚。最后，听取面试官 - 绝对不要打断他们。
4.还是要保持自信
你可以对自己所说的话充满信心，而不会陷入傲慢。我鼓励你说出你的真实想法。成功的候选人是那些对自己的想法保持诚实的人，不管面试官可能会有什么样的观点（这是一种聪明的做法，会让你脱颖而出，诚实而成熟）。
你的面试官也不会比你更有才华。他们只是年龄较大，有更多的经验。
最后，作为一名analyst候选人，你不需要知道工作的所有内容（例如，在面试时忘记试图展示财务建模技能）。一旦你开始面试几家银行，你会发现投资银行的面试通常是一样的。每次都会出现同样的问题：准备合适的技术问题以及解决问题的方法是关键。
5. 为适合面试的问题做好准备
想想elevator pitch - 一个简短的故事（三分钟，就好像你和面试官一起解除了问题）一样，总结了四点：为什么这个行业，为什么是这家公司，为什么这个地区，为什么，特别是你。在适当的面试中，他们需要从你那里听到这些信息。
在你的准备中，问问你自己以上四个问题，尽量诚实地回答你的问题，但仍然包括他们会雇用你的原因。以下几点是你需要包括的内容。
6.你必须证明你想学习
业内人士认为，初级投资银行家几乎没有引起任何关注。相反，他们本质上是空白的石板，他们已经被选入学习绳索。所以，当被问及你加入该行业的动机时，请记住，银行会对你的学习欲望特别敏感。学习曲线陡峭，时间长，接触高级管理层的时间就会越早。
7.请记住，这是people business

8.投资银行希望看到两种品质
当大型投资银行问'为什么一定是你？'时，他们不希望你展示你的技术实力。投资银行希望在初级新人中看到两个主要特质 - 即与团队互动良好，并且拥有强烈的职业道德。在面试时显示这两点。
然而，精品投资银行没有足够的资源来培训新员工，并且对那些在投资银行方面具有先前经验并且可以立即开始项目的青年人更感兴趣。如果是这种情况，你也应该在面试时说清楚。
9.了解会计
并购技术面试不仅仅是评估（贴现现金流，倍数或杠杆收购），很大一部分也是基于会计原则（主要是三个主要财务报表之间的相互作用）。理解这些是很重要的– 错误答案都会损害你的机会，主要是因为会计是任何模拟练习的核心。
10.不要忽视脑力劳动者（和心理数学）
如果在面试过程中在脑筋急转弯和精神数学问题（这种情况很容易在压力下发生）上你遇到了麻烦，无论你在适应和技术问题方面有多强大，你都会out。
Brainteasers可以扮演角色扮演（'你在XXXX的情况下会做什么？'），市场大小的问题（“中国每年有多少婚姻？”），逻辑问题或心理数学。多练习会让答案变得完美。
