想移民加拿大，却又近期没有留学计划的小伙伴们，属于你们的福利政策来啦。从去年6月12日起，联邦政府推出名为“全球技能签证计划”（Global Skills Visa Program），作为“全球技能策略”（Global Skills Strategy）的措施之一，一些掌握高技能的专业人才可以在两个星期就获批工作签证，而此前类似签证需要1年的时间来处理，这将为急需人才的企业带来希望。
满足什么条件才能申请“人才签证计划”

指定机构推荐
目前，只要持有加拿大LMIA认证的指定机构推荐的人才，都可以申请这一签证计划。这些都是被加拿大政府认证为高增长的公司，并且有大量资深管理人群以及优秀技术人群在职。截止2018年3月，部分指定机构的列表如下：

NOC指定职位要求
此外，满足以下NOC职位要求的高技术人员，同样也可以申请这一人才签证计划，并且凭借工签快速进入加拿大，并在加拿大境内工作生活。满足人才签证要求的工种为0类（管理岗）或A类

这些工种要求同样有年薪以及工作经验的限制，而不同工种，所要求的年薪与经验都不相同。举例来说，Digital media designers的工种，要求申请者年薪在8万加币以上，且具有五年以上工作经验，且其中必须有一年工作与digital media design有关。
