乌干达全国居民主要信奉天主教（45%）、基督教新教（40%）、伊斯兰教（11%），其余信奉东正教和原始拜物教。
这里的人们崇拜巫术，认为用人的器官祭祀会带给他们幸运，而被拿来的祭品一般都是小孩的生殖器或是脸部器官。

Pray 1: The people of Uganda are in need of God's peace and healing. May God raise up godly leaders within the nation.                          
乌干达人民急需神的平安与医治，愿神兴起国中敬虔的领袖。          
Pray 2: May the heresy and sorcery be swept away. God's name could be exalted.
清除一切的异端巫术，愿神的名被高举。
