穆斯林女人要游泳 ---穆斯林融入美国系列（10）

游泳该穿什么衣服，大家都有常识吧？但是大家的常识只是一厢情愿，对某些宗教人士来说，大家的常识都是垃圾。

近日看到这么一个消息，“穆斯林女人在游泳池引起混乱，工作人员受到威胁“。

这个消息是德国的，原来是穆女穿着和平教的游泳服装，全身只有面部和手脚裸露，跳入游泳池，非穆人士吓傻，工作人员要求穆女更换游泳衣，从而受到穆女的男性亲属威胁。

“The Muslim women are said to not only wear street clothes in the swimming pools and use the water to dye their hair, but also bring in food and have “picnics” by the side of the pool and leave large amounts of rubbish in their wake. ” 够牛，不但穿着街服，而且用游泳池的水染头发，还带食品在游泳池旁边食用。

其实大家如果注意的话，穆女游泳所引起的混乱是世界性的，新闻报道屡见不鲜，深受独狼人弹恐怖袭击的法国甚至禁“波基呢“（burkini)。

2014年科罗拉多州有一个穆女“傻吧”（Sabah Ali ）向丹佛电视台抱怨说，她被卡莫斯市（Commerce City)的休闲中心歧视，不容许她穿宗教服装进入游泳池。

（Sabah Ali told a local Denver TV station she felt discriminated against by the Commerce City Recreation Center when told that pool policy wouldn’t allow her to wear traditional Muslim clothing in the water.）

结果呢？看看卡莫斯市发言人Halstead 怎么说？Halstead 说她将联络其他公共游泳池负责人，了解怎么处理类似情况，但是将把“波基尼“服装加入可以容许游泳的游泳衣类别，这样就满足穆斯林女人游泳的要求了。（said the city would contact other public pools to learn about how they deal with such situations, but added that it would add “burkinis” to the list of acceptable swimwear in order to accommodate Muslim women.）

波基呢，“burkinis“, 长这个模样，见上图。波基呢服装是和平教沙利亚法要求的，女人不能暴露自己的身体，即使是游泳。也就是说，波基呢不是一般的衣服，是按照YSL宗教法律要求制作的宗教衣服，不穿它游泳，就是违反宗教法律；穿它，意味着游泳者是穆斯林，是守沙利亚法的和平教信徒。要求公共游泳池设施改变规则，就是强求非穆人士服从和平教的法利亚法，天下唯穆独尊！

看到了吧，大家得按照和平教的沙利亚法要求去做，什么时候和平教徒按照美国人民的要求生活？让和平教人士同化，没门儿，同化只是非穆人士的一厢情愿和良好愿望。

美国各地为了穆女游泳的事情，没有少操心，早在2005年NPR就报道西雅图市为女穆斯林“开单间“、做“小炒“，游泳池每个月挑几天只对女穆开放、非穆人士走人。

City Heights 是圣地亚哥的一个小城镇，在2012年也对女穆网开一面，YMCA 对女穆搞特别服务。

女穆游泳穿波基呢，事情不一般。如果她们像其他女士游泳穿类似的衣服，就不是事情了，入乡随俗呗，既然向往并且来到美国了，就守美国的规则和法律，搞什么幺蛾子沙利亚法，逼别人改规则改法律？
