CitySpade Realty is a no-fee rental agency with comprehensive knowledge of the local rental market. We are currently seeking new salespeople and marketing intern to join our team. We have a proven history of success and we're here to support you every step of the way!
Position 1: Sales Associate
Job Location: 
Boston/Brookline, MA
What you do:
- Networking and prospecting, using our proven systems and strategies
- Showing properties and working with rental customers or home buyers / sellers
- Marketing rental properties and working with clients
What we offer:

Qualifications:
- Have a real estate license or willingness to obtain one
- Have a strong motivation and desire to succeed at higher level
- Possess a strong work ethic and desire to be successful
- Have excellent communication skills and ability to network to build your business
- Be able to prioritize and utilize strong time management skills
- Maintain excellent client service skills
- Language: English, bilingual preferred but not required
Position 2: Marketing Intern
Job Location: 
Boston/Brookline, MA
Your learning experience includes:
- Plan and prepare personalized daily schedule accordingly with your territory strategies
- Assist brand promotion within your school and generate new business opportunities
- Collect feedback from students and work with marketing team to customize solutions according to clients’ needs
- Manage client relationships to further sales opportunities
- Develop and write marketing content for different platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Line, WeChat, etc.
- Initiate new followers and engage with audiences through social media
Qualifications:
- Must be able to intern for at least 3 days a week
- Interested in current events, pop culture, and social media
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Creative and willing to learn
- Prior experience in media content creation preferred
- Enthusiastic for interpersonal communication and attentive to different project goals
- Organized, detail-oriented and self-motivated
- Language: English, bilingual preferred but not required
