安省于2017年5月31日
推出了技工类移民项目。
对在安省从事技工类工作1年以上的
申请人发放申请移民的意向。
申请人需要先进入联邦快速通道的的池子，
然后安省会给申请人加600分保送邀请。
移民流程（省提名和联邦）
通常会在1年内审理完毕。

项目优势
和联邦的技工类移民不同，联邦技工类移民的要求是2年的工作经验+LMIA或省里的技工证书。LMIA基本不考虑，但省里的技工证书对于学院毕业生来说并不难获得。
安省的要求则更为宽松，只要求过去2年之内有1年的工作经验，证书并不是必须项，如烘焙、铁匠、木工等都不需要证书。
和其他省的省提名比较， 快速移民处理时间通常在1年内完成，比起省提名节约将近1年时间，这样对于有3年工签申请人来说也是有足够时间。
对于安省来说，职业列表的工作也是通常的紧缺专业，就业机会多，工资高。大多数的职业都能在安省找到合适的专业就读，若你不怕苦，动手能力强，移民和工作都不是问题。
申请条件
1. 工作经验
  • 在获得安省意向通知NOI的2年中具有至少12个月的全职或兼职累积1560小时的安省工作经验。
  • 留学时的实习工作、义工、课余打工的时间不能计入在内，在接到安省NOI之后的工作经验也不能计算在内；
  • 工作经验必须属于NOC 633, NOC 72, NOC 73, NOC 82类别的技能职业（均为B类）；
2. 职业认证
如果在安省该职业需要认证，需要获得安省技工监管局（Ontario College of Trades）颁发的的资格认证。需要说明的是，安省很多职业并不需要强制认证；
3. 居住要求
申请人必须持有有效工签并现居住在安省；
4. 语言要求
英语或法语必须达到 CLB 5的水平。对雅思来说，即满足听力5分，阅读4分，写作5分，口语5分；
5. 安置费用
存款或收入必须达到支持申请人和随同家庭成员生活的最低要求；
6. 居住意向
表示有意定居在安省。

申请费用
安省移民厅收取1500加币的申请费，获得省提名后联邦还会收取申请费、登录费，第三方费用还有体检费、公证费等。
适合人群
1. 在国内技工学校毕业或普通高中毕业生，希望通过就读大专院校获得一技之长，而不是升读本科大学的年轻人；
2. 年龄较大，通过旅游签证转学签，希望移民的技术类申请人，可以通过就读上述专业并就业后申请移民；
3. 目前在加拿大就读大专院校的留学生可考虑选择上述专业。
