我们很遗憾的通知您，原定于年底（11月26日～12月10日）举行的赵雷北美巡演，因巡演团队的签证问题，现宣布取消。我们对本次购票歌迷们造成的不便深感抱歉，也承诺将妥善处理退票事宜，希望各位歌迷们给予体谅。
我们承诺尽速为歌迷们退票，波士顿及芝加哥场的所有门票将会于七个工作日内自动退回。请已购买门票的歌迷们在此期限后查询您的账户。如您在退票过程中遇到困难，请致信[email protected]，我们将会尽快为您处理。同时，我们将为所有购买过门票的客户提供2018年我方主办演唱会的预售权。具体活动请关注我们的官方微信。

The Cancellation of ZhaoLei's 2017 North American tour
Dear customers:
Greetings!
We are very sorry to inform you that the ZhaoLei's 2017 North American tour scheduled for the end of the year (November 26 to December 10) was canceled due to the unfortunate fact that some of the important tour members were unable to achieve their visa. We apologize for the inconvenience caused by this cancellation. We promised that the refund would be issued in the fast way we can. 
All Boston's and Chicago's tickets will be automatically returned within seven working days. Please check your account after this period. If you have any questions regards the refund process, please email us at [email protected] and we will handle the matter as soon as possible. In the meantime, we will provide pre-sale rights of all concerts that we are hosting in 2018 for all customers who have purchased their tickets this time.
