Senior Strategy Manager (For MBA Graduates)
Successful candidates will join the Strategy Department of Didi Chuxing. S/he will work with a group of distinguished professionals with previous experiences from top tier consulting firms, investment banks, and private equity funds, etc. The candidates will notonly develop the business strategies or investment ideas leveraging the analytical skills but also execute the strategies to achieve business objectives.
Depending on needs and interests,candidates will join one of the four teams:
·Strategy and Planning: to develop firm-wide strategy, including both short-terminitiatives and long-term direction. Job scope includes industry research,modelling, KPI monitoring, resource planning and project execution. The teamwill work with Didi’s senior management team frequently and be involved in allaspects of the firm-wide strategic initiatives, from planning to execution.
·Strategy Business Partner: will work with BU’s GMs or function’s heads to formulate and implement its strategy and be responsible for the results. Job scope includes developing an overall strategy and leading specific initiatives such asimproving customer experience/ winning market share/ improving margins, etc.This is a perfect training camp for candidates with previous consulting/banking/PE experience but willing to move to the operational and managerial side of the business
·Capital Markets & Investor Relations: to conduct in-depth research, make investment proposals, and execute on investment opportunities. The team will work with leading companies and investors in the internet and transportation sectors. Jobscope also includes new businesses incubation and expansion.
·New Business Incubation: to be deeply involved in the incubation of new businesses,such as Fintech or support the business internalization so as to ensure theorganic growth and expansion of existing businesses. This is a perfect opportunity for candidates to experience the process from zero to one.
