About the Company
The company is a Chinese-American startup that is fixing the outdated ways that we send money. We are now seeking a Remittance Processing Specialist to join us to process daily money transactions. This is an entry-level position, and we welcome everyone to apply this position.
Key Responsibilities
• Serve as the primary resource for all customers via phone, online chat and email.
• Responsible for understanding our platform, and provide technical with money transfers.
• Handle and solve all types of customer questions, issues and complaints quickly and efficiently.
• Responsible for understanding customer needs and offer exceptional customer service.
Desired Minimum Qualifications
•  Bilingual Mandarin.
•  Passion for helping customers with any inquires.
•  Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
•  Able to solve problems by thinking analytically and creatively.
•  Ability to work both in a team environment and independently.
•  Ability to operate in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment.
