We are a real estate management company specializing in full-service property management for cooperative and condominium boards in the Manhattan area. We offer a wide variety of management services to suit each building’s needs. From daily onsite to biweekly, weekly, bi-monthly and monthly site visits, we can setup a contract to suit the building’s needs and it’s owners or tenants. We setup onsite offices if needed, to allow the best communication between the building and it’s occupants. 
For a property to function properly, it does not rely on just one person from a management company, but from the management company itself. Ours is a company whose departments and divisions work together to make a Cooperative or Condominium succeed.

Position Summary:
We are looking for a Property Management Intern to join us for the summer. This position will include work on a variety of functions involving day-to-day management of the properties in our portfolio. Interns will learn about the property administration, partnerships, and day-to-day business functions and decision making of the organization as well as interfacing with all levels of management. 
Responsibilities：
  • Entering information into databases 
  • Organizing property inventory 
  • Assist broker with market research and deal making 
  • Review and assist in negotiating loan agreements 
  • Participate in property tours and site visits 
  • Any other office management related tasks that may come up 
职位要求
Qualifications: 
  • Strong English verbal and written communication skills: explain ideas well, keep teammates informed 
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principals and practices 
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office 
  • Ability to learn new things & improving quality 
  • Highly organized and adaptable 
  • Interest in and/or knowledge of the NYC real estate market a plus
