We provide software platform that provides new solution to micro-lending industry. We have a successful business model running in Eastern Europe and currently are looking to expand into the US market. Now, we are raising our initial venture money to accelerate the market entrance and product development.

Job Summary 
We are looking for a detail-oriented, committed, proactive, and passionate intern to support our core founding team. This person would work closely with the company’s founders and will get a great opportunity to get exposed to fintech startup industry, as well as a deeper level of experience in a particular area or focus. We work collaboratively and your role will be “hands on,” with three distinct functions: first, develop our sales operations by learning about the industry, our potential clients and partners, second, build our brand through marketing and social media operations, and third, expand our financial backing by supporting the founders as we reach out to investors. 
Responsibilities
  • Research, analyze, and deliver reports on industry trend, other startups and established firms in our market space, including leadership teams, business models, financial backing, and performance.
  • Create, develop, organize, and manage spreadsheets in Excel to support our investor outreach and market research efforts, including potential sources of new capital and strategic partnerships.
  • Intern will act as part of our fintech startup team on a variety of projects and given as much responsibility as the experience and capabilities permit.
  • Support the founding team as they reach out to new leads.
  • Create and manage CRM spreadsheets to support the development of new business.
  • Support the founding team to build our firm’s brand and promote awareness about our new financial software platform.
  • Throughout the internship, the candidate will help conduct extensive company, industry, market research and potential partner due diligence in preparation for developing comprehensive informational memorandums and management presentations.
  • Compiling, analyzing and interpreting vast amounts of data.
  • Ensuring quality of client deliverables by having strong attention to detail.

Requirements:
  • Strong English verbal and written communication skills: explain ideas well, keep teammates informed
  • Strong working knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, multi-task and manage rapidly changing assignments in a team environment.
  • Ability to learn new things & improving quality 
  • Organized & can execute: knows how to get stuff done, is efficient about it, and is realistic about what it takes
  • Thinks eco-system: takes into account how the pieces of the puzzle fit together, how their contribution impacts the product, scaling, etc.
