Position Summary

Responsibility
· Design, Development and Test current and next generation of S/W for Manufacturing, After-Sales Services, EQ, E2E SCM, DW/BI and Automated SQA Tests.
· Execute Project Management (PM) and SQA/Testing activities throughout the SE life cycle.
· Work with colleagues in other locations, such as China, Mexico and other US Locations to assure effectiveness and quality.
· Work tasks as requested by management and perform other related duties as assigned.
Desired Qualifications
· BSCS, BSCE or related with 0 - 2 experiences in Software. Recent Graduates are welcome.
· Knowledge in Software Development for Desktop, Web or Mobile Apps.
· Knowledge in Software Development in VB, Python or other Scripting Languages, in C#, Java or other OO Programming Languages, in ASP/IIS or other Web Programing and in SQL Server, Oracle or other Databases.
· Knowledge in Visual Studio, Eclipse or other IDEs with GIT, TFS or other Source Code Controls.
· Knowledge in SQL Server SSIS, SSAS, SSRS, Power BI or other DW/BI Technologies.
· Sensitive on data with analysis and problem-solving skills.
· Good reading, verbal and written communication skills.
· Comfortable with dynamic and rapid growth work environment.
· A team-player.

Customer Service Representative
Position Summary

We are seeking a reliable Customer Service Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the computer component industry and the ability to manage the day to day activities and utilize superior customer interaction skills.
Location: Fremont, CA
Working hours: M - F 9:00am ~ 6:00pm -Location: Fremont ,CA
Job Type: Full-time

Responsibility
- Receive phone calls, answer questions and resolve customer's issue.
- Respond, investigate and resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and online customer support.
- Assist customers with processing product warranty, return, and repair.
- Ensure that all customer problems are resolved quickly and met customer's satisfaction.
- Process customer's order/ return/ replacement
- Perform other duties, as assigned by supervisor
