Responsibility

You will need strong analytical skills and the ability to translate client goals into human resource capabilities needed to achieve results. You will report to the Sr. Manager HRBP of Consumer Experience Technology and Core Machine Learning.
You will take ownership for designing, building and implementing programs, processes and tools to help new managers and employees successfully transition into and thrive in Amazon’s unique customer-centric environment. You will be critical in helping us maintain our peculiar culture as we grow.

Basic Qualifications
  • 5+ years work experience in an HR Generalist/Business Partner role including, performance management, change management, and employee communications
  • Bachelor’s degree in related discipline
  • Experience managing HR professionals
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects and initiatives
  • Superior employee relations and influencing skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills. Experience using and presenting data to make decisions
