《米其林餐厅》(Le Guide Michelin)是法国知名轮胎制造商米其林公司出版的美食及旅游指南书籍的总称，其中以评鉴餐厅及旅馆，红色书皮的“红色指南”(法语：Le Guide Rouge)最具代表性。更给力的是，华盛顿被评为全美年度餐馆城市！
