贝恩公司招收Online Marketing Intern, 要求每周工作12-20小时，学习Marketing，Communication或其他相关专业，需要细心，认真，时间管理能力强，写作能力强，学习快速，最好会使用HTML，Photoshop，Google Analytics 。
The digital marketing intern will assist the Digital team in managing, maintaining and optimizing Bain’s websites and analyzing web and email data. The internship provides valuable experiential learning opportunities to build the many skills that are foundational for an online marketing career. Interns are full members of the team for the duration of their internship and are invited to attend regular team meetings and various social events.
The duration of the internship will be January – May 2016, with an option to extend through the summer and fall depending upon team needs.

Responsibilities

-Collect, document and interpret user traffic data for email marketing campaigns, Bain.com and other Bain websites using -Interaction and Google Analytics
-Help create detailed analytics reports for various internal audiences
-Assist with prepping and formatting report charts for the web using Photoshop
-Update web content using our content management system (Tridion CMS)
-Optimize published content for internal keyword searches
-Organize data for digital mailing and website systems
-Assist with website content updates, audits and research as needed

Minimum Qualification

-Available to work 12-20 hours a week for duration of internship (full-time is an option for summer)
-Undergraduate junior or Masters student working toward a business, marketing or communications degree preferred.
-Strong interest in the marketing or professional service field. Specific interest in digital marketing and website management a plus
-Professionalism, attention to detail, effective time management, commitment to high quality work and strong verbal skills are required
-Excellent analytical skills – candidates must be able to analyze, chart and pull valuable insights from web and email data sources using Excel and PowerPoint
-Strong writing skills—candidates must be able to synthesize and accurately summarize articles related to various industries and business topics
-Candidates must possess an ability to learn quickly, multi-task and work both independently and with a team
-Proficiency with Office applications suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word,)
-Familiarity with HTML, Photoshop, Google Analytics a plus
-Cover letter requested

Minimum Qualification

-Experience with Matlab is desirable
-Experience working with RF test equipment is desirable
